Important Product Information
Product descriptions, images, and specification ranges on this website are general and indicative. Actual properties can vary by feedstock, producer, source, season, processing method, storage conditions, and supplied lot. A website value is not a lot-specific guarantee.
01.Scope and Acceptance
This website is operated by Aarunya Energies Private Limited (“AEPL”, “Aarunya Energies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
These terms govern website use only. A quotation, purchase order, supply agreement, written specification, or other document accepted by AEPL may contain separate commercial terms. Where a duly agreed commercial document conflicts with these website terms, the agreed commercial document governs that transaction.
02.Website Use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that burdens its operation, misrepresent an association with AEPL, or reuse website content in a misleading manner.
03.Product Information and Specifications
Names, descriptions, dimensions, gross calorific value, moisture, ash content, photographs, applications, and other product information are provided to support an initial commercial discussion. Unless confirmed in a written quotation, order, specification, or test document for the relevant supply, such information:
- is indicative rather than a warranty or performance guarantee;
- may change without prior website notice as sources, grades, and market availability change;
- does not establish that every producer, source, or lot will have identical properties; and
- must not be treated as a certificate of analysis or independent laboratory report.
Request the current available specification and any supporting documents required for your procurement review.
04.Buyer Responsibility and Equipment Compatibility
The buyer selects the product and remains responsible for confirming that the selected fuel, grade, and supplied lot are suitable for the intended equipment, process, storage arrangement, handling system, safety procedures, emissions controls, permits, consent conditions, and applicable requirements.
Before changing a regular fuel, blending products, or using biomass in new equipment, obtain appropriate technical, operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory review and conduct a controlled trial where appropriate. Website content is not engineering, legal, environmental-compliance, tax, or safety advice.
05.Enquiries, Quotations, and Orders
Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation for either party to buy or supply. Pricing, taxes, freight, payment terms, product source, specification, quantity, delivery basis, quotation validity, and schedule are confirmed through written commercial communication.
An order is accepted only when confirmed by AEPL in writing or through an agreed commercial document. Website content does not itself form part of a supply contract unless expressly incorporated into that contract.
06.Availability and Delivery
Availability and delivery depend on factors including source and lot availability, seasonal feedstock conditions, requested specification, order quantity, loading point, destination, vehicle availability, route conditions, access and unloading constraints, weather, regulatory restrictions, and agreed commercial terms.
India-wide requirements may be assessed, but a geography shown on the website does not guarantee supply to every destination or for every quantity. Proposed dispatch or delivery timing becomes binding only when expressly confirmed in the relevant commercial document.
07.Environmental and Emissions Information
Biomass is derived from renewable or biogenic feedstocks, but its actual lifecycle outcome and local emissions profile depend on sourcing, land-use context, processing, drying, transport, product quality, combustion technology, operating practice, efficiency, pollution-control systems, measurement boundaries, and the alternative fuel being compared.
Any carbon, fossil-fuel-displacement, or emissions figure shown on this website must be read with its stated assumptions and limitations. Unless expressly identified otherwise, internal estimates are unaudited and must not be used as a buyer’s compliance certificate, carbon credit, statutory disclosure, or independently verified sustainability claim.
08.Intellectual Property
The website design, written content, graphics, icons, photographs, product presentation, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AEPL, except where otherwise stated. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal procurement evaluation, but may not republish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
09.Third-Party Links and Services
This website may link to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other external resources. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean AEPL guarantees or accepts responsibility for third-party availability, security, content, or conduct.
10.Website Availability and Warranties
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from technical errors, completeness of every page, or that information will always reflect the latest available product or market position.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AEPL will not be liable for a decision made solely from general website content, an interruption or error in website access, reliance on an indicative specification, or content or services supplied by a third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability relating to an actual enquiry, quotation, purchase order, or supply transaction is governed by the applicable agreed commercial documents and law.
12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or agreed dispute-resolution provision, courts having jurisdiction in Panipat, Haryana, will have jurisdiction over disputes concerning website use.
13.Changes and Contact
We may revise these terms when the website, business practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.
Questions about these terms or product information may be sent to info@aarunyaenergies.in, or discussed by calling +91 90505 07996.
